520 Staff Health and Safety
The purpose of this policy is to clarify staff health and safety procedures.
II. GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY
A. A new employee's commencement of continuous service in the District is contingent upon completion of a New Employee Health Questionnaire.
B. Any employee whose condition of physical or mental health is thought to be adverse to the welfare of the pupils or other employees may be required to undergo a health examination by a licensed physician, at the expense of the District.
