Student Performance Improvement Program

The Student Performance Improvement Program (SPIP) is the performance pay program for teachers in Independent School District 15. The program, funded through Minnesota's Q-Comp law, helps teachers as they learn new teaching skills through the district's Teacher Academy. Teachers are supported as they try new teaching strategies in their classrooms and are then evaluated at the end of the year based on how effectively they have put these new ideas into practice.
