SchoolReach

The district will use this automated calling system in the event the school day, transportation or athletic schedules need to be changed. The system uses contact information in SchoolView (parents) and MyView (staff).

District Phones

The SchoolReach Message Center (formally the school closing hot line) at 763-753-7017 will have a recorded message on the status of schools and programs.

When school is cancelled . . .

When ISD 15 is closed, the following are also cancelled:

• Early Childhood Programs
• Kids Connection
• Sandhill Center for the Arts
• Community Education Programs (Youth Rec)

Athletics, other activities and events will be held at the discretion of the group. For Community Ed athletics, coaches will contact parents directly.

When school start is delayed . . .

When the start of school is delayed:

• Morning Kindergarten is cancelled
• Morning Early Childhood Programs are cancelled
• Morning Kids Connection is delayed

Note: K Plus students follow the same schedule as the elementary schools

When schools are dismissed early . . .

When ISD 15 is dismissed early, the following are also cancelled:

• Afternoon Kindergarten if it hasn't begun
• Early Childhood Programs
• Family Center Activities
• Community Education Programs (Youth Rec)
• Afternoon Kids Connection
