MISSION STATEMENT: Human Resources is one function that touches every employee at some point in their employment with Independent School District 15. The department strives to consistently offer support and treat each employee in a courteous and professional manner. The ISD 15 Human Resources Department is a supportive, informative, decision-making resource that is open, approachable, and an advocate for each ISD 15 employee.
Director of Human Resources
As director, David oversees the HR staff as well as negotiations, policy development, and documentation. He is also charged with maintaining all job descriptions and ensuring planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees. He works together with other members of the superintendent's cabinet and administration in preparing the proper staffing to meet the needs of the students of ISD 15. David welcomes you to his office. Becky provides assistance to teaching staff with lane changes and also administers the ParaPro test to educational assistants. She is the voice of Central Services and will answer your question or direct your call to the appropriate staff member.
HR Specialist-Employee Services, OnLine Appl, New Employee Paperwork, AESOP
Jan works with all staff as they become employees of ISD 15. She provides assistance in AppliTrack, orientation, AESOP, licensed staff contracts, Safeschools, and background checks for employees. She also maintains the licensure database and supports the CELC.
Wendy will assist you with any questions you may have in regard to your employment benefits. She also completes background checks for volunteers and works with all of our retirees. All benefit forms are on our website for your convenience.
Contact Lisa if you have questions regarding your paychecks, deductions, tax withholdings, and leave time balances. She is also the primary support for MyView access.
Employee Relations Supervisor
Wendy will assist you with any leave of absence that you may need to take. She also works with staff and supervisors to resolve formal and informal complaints.
Safety and Workers’ Compensation Coordinator
Joyce manages our worker' compensation program and coordinates the safety management program. She works with staff and supervisors to resolve any issues where employees are injured on the job.
