About
The Courier is a free monthly publication in a magazine format delivered to residents, businesses, and employees of Independent School District 15. With a circulation of 14,500, The Courier brings school, local and county news to the community. You can also read The Courier in its entirety online.
The inaugural issue of The Courier, published by ISD 15 Community Education in October 1993, began as a 16-page paper with a few ads. Today, the unique publication has blossomed into a shining, colorful 40-page publication with a solid advertising base. The Courier's mission has always been to bridge school, business and community. The publication was honored as the Project of the Year at the 1994 Minnesota Community Education Association conference.
Today, The Courier is delivered the last Wednesday through Sunday of each month to area residents and businesses of St. Francis, Oak Grove, East Bethel, Bethel and Nowthen, and portions of Andover, Isanti, Zimmerman, Elk River, Wyoming, and Ham Lake.
The Courier office also publishes other print and electronic communications and provides graphic art services. The staff can help you plan and publish your documents professionally, efficiently, and cost effectively. Let them help you create brochures, cards, graduation announcements, flyers, posters, business cards, or anything else you may need. Once your document is completed, your project is archived for you. Your files can be accessed at any time for changes or reprints.
